this actually been on my mind while i was watching Natrah. but i forgot to write about it before. okay, there were scenes where there were priest, nuns, which i believe acted by malay by their looks, mostly. they wore a priest and a nun attire, and i spotted one of the nun even wore a cross (she was constantly touching it during the performance). now that was something that i knew, no matter what, even if her excuse is just for acting, CAN’T DO in Islam. u cannot wear, carry or cross ur heart because it’ll lead to being murtad. waliyazubillahiminzalik. since i don’t know much about this, i’ve looked into this prob in the internet and this is what i found.

Samalah dengan mereka yang mengucapkan kalimah yang boleh menyebabkannya murtad , walaupun tanpa niat , ianya tetap menjadikannya sebagai kufur dan murtad. Ini disebabkan ulama’ Tauhid sendiri mengatakan : “ Menceritakan hal kufur tidaklah menjadikan seseorang itu kufur , akan tetapi bertutur dengan kalimah yang kufur boleh menyebabkan seseorang itu menjadi kufur!!! .

Samalah juga dengan mereka yang melakonkan watak sebagai seorang paderi , dengan memakai pakaian khas sang paderi , ditambah pula dengan mengalungkan rantai salib di tengkuknya. Dan begitulah dengan mereka yang berlakon sebagai seorang Sami Budha dengan memakai pakaian rasmi si sami . Ataupun lakonan seseorang Islam yang melakonkan watak menyembah patung-patung . Kesemuanya itu dan yang seumpama dengannya boleh menyebabkan seseorang itu murtad dan kufur (engkar dan kafir) kepada Allah Ta’ala !!! ~ Wal’iyadzu BilLahi Min Dzalik.

i deeply bother by this. since that nite, i pray that the girl who wore a cross wasn’t muslim actually, but .. i really don’t think so. seriously, they can have that scene acted by non muslim. i’m sure they can find many willing non-muslim that want to join the theater. at a time like this i really wish that our alim ulama or at least ppl like my sister who can voice out this sort of prob louder that me, actually go and see what’s going on in our entertainment business. they should watch tv, they should watch theater, they should listen to songs, cos they need to point out which is right, which is wrong. i also have my responsibility, which is, tell anybody else about this. so my friend, please be careful, and if you spotted this kind of thing anywhere else, pls don’t just pass it on. don’t just let it be. do tell somebody about it. better yet, do notify a responsible party, like majlis agama about this. pls don’t just enjoy the show. what’s wrong is wrong!

went to watch it with yam last sunday. 1st time watching theater at malaysia but not really 1st time at Istana Budaya so i kinda knew my way there. the 1st time i went to Istana Budaya was to watch a drum performance by a japanese group, which was super awesome!!!! anyway, met Sarah and Ila there, coincidently we bought our ticket for sunday night show.

If you already know the story of Natrah beforehand, then u’ll know that Natrah was a tragic incident. the one that i hope had a different ending. but life isn’t going exactly like we want it to be. right at this stage, what we can do is, i think, learn from the past and never repeat the same mistake again.

but enuf about that, on to the theater itself. the greatest part about the theater for me were the acting part. we actually do have excellent actors and actresses. maya, umi, remy and everyone were excellent. no doubt about that. the story was ok, i mean, erma didn’t created the story out of nothing rite, but as long as audience know what was going on and easy to follow, that’s good enuf for me. but the script was a bit hard for me to understand, cos i find myself sometimes looking at translation in english .. ha ha. weird. mayb too poetic??? but it also mayb because of the speaker was too loud that i couldn’t catch up what they were saying. but i must say that both me and yam agreed that the love story was a bit cliché and … lame?? ha ha ha. wasn’t really necessary. the most incredible thing was, how could they act lovey dovey in front of all ppl, ha ha ha. that’s acting for you ^^. and the disappointed part was about the song, or musical part. it’s definitely Bollywood. u can easily tell. i mean, i understand if u wanna make it musical, to make it more interesting but we do have our own style of old songs. like all those in p.ramlee movies. it was disappointing really.

when i was at london, i went to one of the show there, at Her Majesty Theater, for The Phantom of The Opera. since i was already there, i wanted to experience watching the infamous english theater. compared to Natrah, all i can say is, we have lots more to improve. we are good, but not good enuf, especially the technical part. simple saying, watching theater in london was like watching a movie at cinema. i barely notice any props changing or even unwanted ppl on stage. when the show started, i’ve been drawn into that world, barely notice anything aside from it. but here, i could actually see ppl pushing the props to the point that i don’t pay attention to the real story. i said the our actors were excellent but in london, the actors were AWESOME. the sung live, danced enthusiastically. simple AWESOME. i don’t remember how many times we clapped during the show, song after song.

but, all in all, Natrah was good. worth my money. and i really like theater. i could really see all the hard work that the staffs and the actors put forth to make it work. the sad thing is malaysian are too shy or mayb just naturan unconcern being, to show any appreciation eventho i knew they felt it in their heart. i remembered clapping for soo hard and soo long after The Phantom finished but here, they clapped for what, 5 seconds???? come on ppl, u enjoyed it, show some appreciations. and money don’t count!!!!!

sent irfan to his mum last night. drove straight from after work, bangi-kuantan-bangi. arrived at home 3.30 am. slept until 7 am this morning. i woke up and my mum said she had to go back this morning. cos my dad asked her to come home asap. my cousin will get married, siti, the orphan. he feel sorry for siti cos she had to do everything herself. my mum actually planned to have a rest a day here, cos she’s too tired already. shikataganai.

and me … i feel sooooo sleepy, am downloading hiroshi’s old drama now to help me stay awake. my shoulder blade hurt, my neck stiff, i’m hungry. i wonder y i didn’t fall sick. ha ha ha. not that i wanted to, just wanna an mc for a day *.*!! i smsed my bos this morning telling him that i was gonna be late cos i had to send my mum to bustop, but i was just 15 minutes late. duhhhhhhhhhh .. stupid. i just could go home and slept for another an hour or two rite. or go have breakfast 1st. i’m too honest for this cruel company.

my mum called just now, saying that she got a ticket. i left her without buying a ticket just now cos the ticket counters still closed. i left her alone again. yes i left her to survive alone again. my heart ache but there’s really no choice. that stupid manager wouldn’t understand even if i explained how hectic my life rite now. lucky my boss understand a bit. how i wish i can change my job now. the one that it’s easy for me to take  a leave for this kinda emergency case.

mayb if i am thick enuf to can just ignore everything, my life would be much easier….

my mom is taking care of her grandson, irfan. he’s with us because my brother was going to go to australia, to work there. so they brought him to kb, so that my brother can spend some time with his son before he leave.

i have a hectic and tiring days since i came back. i arrived here at the same morning my mom, my brother and irfan came here. after lots of happening, we sent my brother to the airport on a very early monday morning. the night before, irfan was crying nonstop all night, we couldn’t slept very well. my mom said mayb he knew that his daddy was going to go away. my brother stayed up the night irfan until he slept around 4 am. but we have to get up at  5 am, cos i couldn’t take anymore leave from work, i’ve used up all mine already. it’s very sad, cos i couldn’t really sent my brother. i left them at the airport at 7 am in the morning and came back later at lunch to get my mom and irfan. his flight was at 1 pm. well, at least my mom was there to send him off. she said that he cried before he left, cuddling his son. he even couldn’t talk to my father on the fon. it’s understandable really. not like me, he’s going away to work. we didn’t know when we’ll able to see each other again. lucky that irfan slept when his daddy had to leave. else, it’s gonna be harder for both of them to parting. and for me, i was sleeping while pretending to work at the office. felt sooooooo sleepy.

since his daddy’s gone, irfan had been more .. manja. he sulks at almost anything. i felt sorry for my mom, she’s not young anymore and taking care her whimsical grandson is tiring. basically, if irfan didn’t slept, he wanted his nenek to play or to sleep with him. ha ha. my mon said, if she’s gone, he would immediately cry. my mom can’t even go to the toilet. haih. everyday i came back from work, i would play with him, letting my mom rest for a while. lucky he wants me. yeah, because i let him play in the playground and i always bought his favourite yakult drink and rocky biscuits. he’s an expensive child. cos most of what he eat are from 7-eleven. haih. please eat some rice and drink water okay!!!!

anyway, i’m going to send him to his mommy this evening, after work. to kuantan. since i don’t have anymore leave, i have to drive back here tonight. i know it’s gonna be tiring but i don’t have choice. my mom couldn’t take the bus alone with ifran, it’s gonna be hard on her. she’s very tired already. well, i guess it’s okay. the worst that can happened is i’m gonna get very sleepy tomorrow. ha ha. pray that nothing happen on my lone journey to came back here.

i love my nephew but irritated at the same time. heh, kalo anak aku dah lama aku cubit2 budak ni!!!! i think my mom didn’t even get this tired raising four of us!!

Check In:
I had a smooth check in. My stuff was overweight (i think 52 kg overall) but the lady at the counter just let it go. nice lady ^___^. everything went well. my mom sent me to the airport with ana my osmet, cos yam couldn’t make it. so i went inside early cos ana didn’t take a leave really, she just gonna go to the office a bit late. but it’s ok, i managed to explore inside. there are lotsa shops. mayb cheaper that outside. so if u wanna buy perfumes or books, that’s the place ^^

On the plane:
I sat beside the window, my favourite place. cos i just realise that i really love the cloud. i can do nothing and just watch the change of cloud. it was really nice. there’s no one sat beside me and next is a lady. she lives at Scotland not, working as specialist in health, but her mother is at Brunei. 5 generation of her family roots in Brunei, so she actually can speak Malay. but we converse in english anyway. spent half the time sleeping and watching movies. i watched Harry Potter 5 Japanese dubbed XDD… cos i already watch it before.

Arrive:
chee came and picked me up, by tube ^^. she brought along with her a luggage. cos i put her things in a box. how were we supposed to get that big heavy box to her place by tube?? the unbelievable thing was, we transferred all the things in the box to the luggage in a toilet!! u know, the one that provided to mommy and baby. ha ha. lucky nobody came inside. duhhhh. the tube took about an hour to reach Leinster Square. have to change it once.

1st night:
the weather was cold. it’s a difference cold than the aircond. the wind make it colder. but inside the room (it’s a mara hostel) was warm. i still use a plumpy comforter to cover myself when i slept. chee gave up her bed and slept on the floor instead, he he. well, she slept later than me anyway, playing with her new apple MAC. we ate nasi and ikan bilis that my mother made that night. how malaysian!!!

Notting Hill:
i woke up early cos i slept early last night. it was the end of autumn, approaching winter, so the day was shorter than night. maghrib was at 4 pm!!! ha ha. so usually by 9 we was already sleepy ^^!! anyway, I wanted to go to Portobello Market at Notting Hill cos it was sunday. the market looked like Pasar Tani but with lots of things. they even have sections along the road. u basically can find anything here, unique stuff, old stuff, clothes, foods .. anything. but the price weren’t actually cheap. quite standard or mayb a bit expensive. not a very good place to spend some money. i tried to find Hugh Grant house (in the movie) and the traveller bookstore ^^ but couldn’t find it. the door wasn’t blue anymore and the bookstore also had change. the environment there was kinda bit elite, with very posh cars along the road.

Kensington Palace and Garden:
From Notting Hill, we took a bus (my sis bought a traveller pass for me, unlimited for a week. very useful for tourist cos u can get lost without worrying about money u had to spend on transport ^^) to South Kensington. actually, her place is very close to Kensington, her school. we had to cross the garden to get to the Palace and the garden is really big. u had to spend an evening there to cover all the garden. I went inside the palace while chee waited outside (she doesn’t wanna spend money there). i already bought the ticket before i left Malaysia actually. inside the palace were basically the usual things in the palace. they also have a section for Princess Diana, her clothes mainly. the impressive part for me mayb a King’s Grand Staircase and all the difference ceilings. we also were showed a decoration for each rooms, like queen’s bedroom, salon, even closet room. i spent about more than an hour inside, they gave me an audio guide so that i could actually here the history of every rooms that i visited. how nice.

Royal Albert Hall and Imperial College:
i met chee outside and we went to Imperial College, which is actually across the garden. ha ha. chee have to rush to pray for zohor cos zohor is actually around 11 am and asar around 2 pm. it’s actually not a very good time to travel cos the time to pray is soo short. i was lucky cos i don’t have to pray for the rest of my visit. the royal albert hall is directly across the road from Kensington Garden and behind the hall is actually the college. u wouldn’t think that the building is actually a college. cos it just beside the main road. no fence no whatsoever. and the other schools are scattered everywhere in that area. the only clue is that they put the name on the building, so that u know, it’s dept of science and technology, dept of mathematics blablabla. ha ha very open!!!

Museums:
after praying, i told chee to just go home. i can travel alone. cos she seemed so tired. hmph. she is never a type to travel anyway. so i went alone to 3 museum, Science Museum, Natural History Museum and Victoria and Albert Museum. out of three, i like Victoria and Albert best. cos it’s more like culture show and art. the science gave me headache really. impressive but too much information for my brain. ha ha. owh, and all of them are free!!!!!!!! seriously, nice education for youth cos lotsa family bring their children there.

i checked the weather forecast for my upcoming trip to london. looks like it’s gonna be a WET trip for me. it’s either shower or light rain. no sun at all. haih, dunno how much i’ll manage in that condition. not that i have a choice. i wish i’ll be able to go there again when it’s warmer, say in autumn??? ha ha, dreams.. but lets just hope it’s not gonna be heavy rain.

my students told me about this movie last week. they begged me to take them to watch it. everything on me, tickets and foods. yeah, my students is really devious. ha ha ha. anyway, i agreed, with condition that their mums let them, without using my name ^^. i was surprised actually, cos their mums actually let them. ha ha ha. cos the SPM is what, in around 2 weeks?? but anyway, i’m a student. i know the tension, the fear, the bored. so just a night out, refreshed, shud do them good. hopefully they’ll do BETTER in exam.

anyway, they said their friend wanna come too. a boy. but azni treat him like a brother, small brother. ha ha ha. i guess being a big sister made her automatically act like one, even with outsider. it’s funny actually, or shud i say, difference. i usually going out either with my friends, my sisters or alone. never with someone much much younger than me, where i hold the whole responsibility. attitude wise, i’m no much difference them. in fact, seeing they were trying the shoes, the clothes made me feel a lot younger than them. god, they had quite a mature taste. ha ha ha. they just gonna grow up being a normal woman. what a shame. LOL. but i couldn’t shake off the responsibility that i feel on my shoulder. their mums trusted them to me, so no matter how much fun i had with them, i have to keep my guard up the whole time. going out with them is fun, but with friends, it’s more relaxing.

okay, on to 2012. everybody mayb knew already. it’s a story about the end of the world. so i went with preparation, with fear in my heart, how i was gonna face hari kiamat. but actually, it’s not about hari kiamat. it’s just another heartbreaking-natural disaster’s movie. like Armageddon. cos i didn’t feel the fear as when i read about hari kiamat. about what’s gonna happen. how Nabi Isa will come down and fight with Dajjal. see, i got the goosebumps now, just thinking about that, but not when i was watching the movie. oh, i’m not saying that the movie was no good. just, it’s not about hari kiamat that i believe. not even close. but it was a great movie. the acting was good, not exaggerating, they kids cry (it’s important to show how scared the kids were, cos they are kids). if i got a chance, i’ll go for a second time.

but it’s funny actually. cos they showed almost all big religious praying, but they just show a glimpse of kaabah, and not about the praying part. not that i wanna them to include Moslem. but it’s funny, cos, u know what. they wanna stress on, when the world’s gonna end, in they end, ppl can only pray. there’s nothing we can do anymore. but we, pray, every day in our life. cos we know, and we believe, HARI KIAMAT PASTI AKAN DATANG. and don’t miss understand this statement. i’m not saying that we only pray because we had to, we have no choice. it’s because we believe. and that’s important.

anyway, it’s not the end of the world too in the movie. cos they’re ppl survive. ha ha. they even start a new yr, 0001. ha ha ha. but anyway, i’m glad i watched it. keeps the fear back in my heart. cos, if we lost the fear, we’ll be manusia bongkak dan angkuh. waliyaazubillahi min zaalik.

if i can choose, i wanna die before hari kiamat. di mana aku sempat memohon taubat dan keampunan mu Tuhan. tempatkanlah aku dan keluarga ku dan rakan-rakanku dan saudara-saudara ku di kalangan orang-orang yang beriman. aamiiiin.

i watched the trailer last sunday, when i was watching Ninja with Ada n Dayah. the trailers caught me interest. well, i love romantic and SAD story. ha ha. so yes, it’s a sad story. it was based on a novel. expected. anyway, i went and watched it last night, alone as usual. sitting beside me was a family and a couple. in the back were all couples. a ha ha.

A Chicago librarian suffers from a rare genetic disorder that sends him hurtling through time whenever he is under extreme duress; despite the fact that he vanishes at inordinately frequent and lengthy intervals, he attempts to build a stable future with the beautiful young heiress he loves. Eric Bana and Rachel McAdams star in this dramatic fantasy, which is directed by Robert Schwentke and based on the best-selling book by author Audrey Niffenegger.

Clare has been in love with Henry her entire life. She believes they are destined to be together, even though she never knows when they will be separated: Henry is a time traveler–cursed with a rare genetic anomaly that causes him to live his life on a shifting timeline, skipping back and forth through his lifespan with no control. Despite the fact that Henry’s travels force them apart with no warning, Clare desperately tries to build a life with her one true love.

i love his wife. seriously. she tried very hard to make their marriage work. she did say that she didn’t want a husband whose always missing but she never regretted every second of their life together. i cried in the end as expected ^^. i even prepared a handkerchief ^^. since it’s time travel, i expected that it’ll going back and forth but luckily, the story itself was easy to understand. no confusion. it’s a great story really. i’m glad i decided to watch it.

tonight, 2012. my student force me to pay for them. ma ikka ~~

giler terkejut. sbb selama duduk dkt taman tu tak penah2 cermin keta kena pecah orang. bukan bambi aku yg kena, keta osmet 2 buah, keta jiran 3 buah. bambi aku terselamat sbb kebetulan semlm balik garaj dpn umah tu kosong, terus masuk park dlm umah. tp yg peliknya, keta ana osmet park dkt luar sekali ngan keta org laen, tp keta dia tak kena pecah pulak. mayb si malaun tu ingat takde benda berharga kot dlm keta ana. tp actually si malaun tu tak untung ape sgt pun. keta ain dia amik spec psr malam rm10 ngan 2 bijik ferrari mini (takleh curik keta betul, keta mainan pun nak, gilo!!!), keta linda takde ape2 pun yg ilang, spec pun tak amik (tak jumpa kot lam gelap), keta jiran ader yg ilang smart tag ngan beg baju. lahaiiiiiiii, memang malaun betol. menyusahkan org!!!!!

kejadian rasanya dlm kul 5 pg. semalam nampak keta polis siap ronda tgh mlm. jiran ade yg tersedar sbb ader satu keta bunyi alarm (sebuah keta tu jer, yg lain tak bunyi ape). pakcik tu sempat laa nampak malaun 2 org naik moto. geramnya lah. nak tuduh india2 yg tak duk situ tp selalu lepak situ tgh2 mlm tp takde bukti. haih. taman tu dah kena start letak pak guard. zaman sekarang nie mana2 pun dah tak selamat.

dem, i thought i could nail it. huwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. frust frust frust frust. the exam was dem difficult. chooooooo muzukashiiiii. chanto benkyou shimashita nano ni ~~~~ T____________T. ichiban kuyashii no koto wa, the lecturer didn’t teach us at all for certain subjects but there were questions on that subject. how were we supposed to answer that????? dem it!!!!

actually, what’s the point of making the questions difficult for exam?? what’s the purpose of examination anyway. are u happy when ur students cannot answer even half of the questions??? it’s okay to include a few unteached questions but at least warned us about it beforehand. dem it.

the only consolation now, if any, is i think that my carry marks is quite ok. but i’m not too sure either. i did my assgs, i’ve done ok in tests (i think). and now i can only pray. lets hope for the best. huawaaaaaaa
